Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or if there is an error with your livestock delivery, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
If a problem is reported within 24 hours, we will review it. Eligible issues will receive either a product replacement or a refund credited back to your original payment method.
